To bring your vision fully to life, The Door Designs personally manages the transport and setup of every item, collaborating closely with your vendor team and venue to ensure seamless coordination, setup, and tear-down post-event. This package offers complete peace of mind, allowing you to focus entirely on enjoying their special day.
To secure your date and ensure availability, we recommend reaching out at least five weeks before your event, or ideally four months prior to your wedding. To avoid rush fees, all designs should be finalized no later than three weeks before the event. We collaborate closely throughout the planning process to make sure every detail is thoughtfully addressed.
Our Full-Service Package is designed to provide a seamless, stress-free experience. It offers local delivery of all signage and installation pieces, expert setup on the day of your event, and professional tear-down afterward. We personally manage the transport and coordinate closely with your vendor team and venue to ensure everything is perfectly executed. Delivery fees are applicable based on location and order size. This white-glove service allows you to fully enjoy your special day, knowing every detail is thoughtfully handled.
Yes, shipping is available for our Signature Package collections, which include smaller items like tabletop signage, stir sticks, and welcome signs that can be displayed on an easel. These collections are shipped directly to the client, ready for self-setup. Please note that larger statement pieces, such as backdrops and oversized welcome signs, are not available for shipping and are exclusive to our Full-Service Package.
