Our Process
Begin your journey by submitting an inquiry form. We recommend beginning the process at least 4 months before your wedding date. We’ll connect soon after with a few thoughtful questions to truly understand your vision and needs.

We’ll then invite you to schedule a personal consultation to explore your ideas in detail and begin dreaming up your event.
02. consultation
After our call, you’ll receive a custom proposal. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date and kicks off the design process.
03. proposal & booking
Roughly 3 months before your wedding we create custom mockups inspired by your vision and collaborate closely through feedback rounds until every detail feels perfectly aligned with your dreams.
04. design & mockups
Your custom signage is carefully packaged for pickup or delivery. For full-service clients, we handle day-of installation and teardown, so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day knowing every detail is taken care of!

The Signature Package is designed for smaller-scale events and features our signature pieces— from stir sticks to tabletop signage. Each collection is carefully designed with the wedding's unique needs and your vision in mind to ensure complete cohesion. The full collection is shipped directly to you the week of your event.
This package offers a beautifully curated collection delivered with ease, allowing you to add thoughtful, personal touches to your day while managing setup on your own timeline.

The Full-Service Package is designed for clients who want every detail thoughtfully executed and every moment of their day to feel effortless. Similar to the Signature Package, each collection is thoughtfully designed to create a cohesive and personalized event experience.
This package provides access to larger-scale installation pieces, including our large welcome sign installations and seating chart displays. The Door Designs personally manages the transport and setup of every item, collaborating closely with your vendor team and venue to ensure seamless coordination, setup, and tear-down. This package offers complete peace of mind, allowing you to focus entirely on enjoying your day.

Our Full-Service Package is designed to provide a seamless, stress-free experience. It offers local delivery of all signage and installation pieces, expert setup on the day of your event, and professional tear-down afterward. We personally manage the transport and coordinate closely with your vendor team and venue to ensure everything is perfectly executed. Delivery fees are applicable based on location and order size. This white-glove service allows you to fully enjoy your special day, knowing every detail is thoughtfully handled.
Yes, shipping is available for our Signature Package collections, which include smaller items like tabletop signage, stir sticks, and welcome signs that can be displayed on an easel. These collections are shipped directly to the client, ready for self-setup. Please note that larger statement pieces, such as backdrops and oversized welcome signs, are not available for shipping and are exclusive to our Full-Service Package.
